Vacuum Concentrators – MVP
Efficiency, flexibility and environmental awareness
Vacuum concentration is a common laboratory technique for removing solvent from a solution, effectively concentrating the solute (the dissolved material). It exploits the relationship between pressure and boiling point: the lower the pressure, the lower the boiling point. When you reduce the pressure in a container, the boiling point of any liquid inside decreases too. The result is faster evaporation, plus lower process temperatures that help protect heat-sensitive components in the sample. On top of these advantages, LabTech MVP Vacuum Concentrators allow solvent recovery, an environmentally friendly solution for your lab. They improve work efficiency and sample recovery, reduce human errors and enhance the accuracy of analysis. The series includes 4 models: the MVP-12, the MVP-48, the Flex-MVP and the Flex-MVP EVO.

The End-Point detection process is not affected by particles, bubbles, or sample color, overcoming the accuracy limitations of traditional sensors in complex matrices or high-temperature environments
- Each position is equipped with an independent sealing system. After reaching end-point, the dedicated solenoid valve automatically releases the vacuum of the specific sample, allowing it to be removed individually without affecting other samples. The remaining samples continue running, no need to stop the system or release the overall vacuum.
- All 16 positions are independently controlled, and users can freely select running positions through the software interface.
